People walk along railway tracks near the Akhurian border station, some 130 km (80.7 miles) northwest of Yerevan, in the Armenian side of the Armenian Turkish border, November 1, 2009. Armenia's foreign minister Edward Nalbandian said negotiations between Turkey and Armenia were over and both sides were obliged to move quickly to establish diplomatic relations and open their border under accords signed this month.
